Opens over a sunset which goes to night. The camera moves up to a room where Joey and Dawson are sitting on his bed watching a movie. Joey decides to head home but Dawson says she can spend the night. Joey says that it might not be a good idea for her to sleep over anymore. Dawson takes her into it eventually. She is uncomfortable with it though.

Roll main title sequence. They are filming a movie on the dock side, Dawson is directing, Joey is unhappy about Pacey trying to grab her ass. Jen rolls up in a taxi and she comes over to introduce herself. Jen says they have met before. Jen says that she is helping out her grandfather and will be going school here. Dawson seems to be duelling over her.

Pacey and Dawson arrive home to find Dawson's parents getting it on. Dawson and Pacey arrive at work at the video store. Tamara comes into the store and asks to sign up for video rental. Pacey is intoxicated with her. Dawson finds Jen sitting on the peer and sits down with her. He says he is making a movie. He takes her to see his studio; it is covered in random Spielberg stuff.

Joey arrives and climbs up the ladder to Dawson's room. Dawson tells Jen he is entering his movie into a contest to get into a film academy or something along those lines. Jen is called away by her grandmother. Joey arrives in the window. Dawson suggests that his mother is sleeping with her co-anchor on the news.

Next day Jen comes in to check on her grandfather. Jen talks to her grandmother about Dawson but she says that Dawson is trouble. She also says Joey is trouble. She is very displeased with Jen when she says she isn't religious. At school Nelly introduces herself to Jen. She leaves and Dawson says she will walk her to class. Pacey is in class and Tamara walks in as his new teacher.

Jen arrives in class and sits next to Joey despite Joey trying to hide. Dawson goes to see his film teacher but the teacher tells him that he didn't get a seat as seniors get preference. He tells Dawson he can't make exceptions. Jen talks to about Joey about her relationship with Dawson and why her grandmother doesn't like her. Joey says her father is in prison and her sister was knocked up by her black boyfriend. She says that her mother has a thing so she lives with her sister and boyfriend.

Dawson talks to Jen about the teachers, Joey looks bored. Pacey goes to see Tamara after class and asks her if she wants to watch a film with him. He gets shot down and leaves. Pacey tells Dawson they are stalking her tonight but Dawson tells him its not going to work. Pacey tells Dawson to go for it with Jen. He goes and invites her to the movie. Dawson invites Joey to come with them tonight. Joey doesn't want to but eventually agrees.

Jen tells her grandmother about going to the movies and she says she can go as long as she is back by 10 and goes to church on Sunday. Jen says that she doesn't want to go to church. Her grandmother tells her she has to come but Jen tells her to lighten up. Dawson's dad talks to him about his aquatic restaurant. Dawson seems to be living his life as a Spielberg movie and trying to have a perfect life.

Joey is grabbed on the way out by her sister to put lipstick on her. Joey is acting weird at the movies. Pacey goes off to talk to Tamara as the movie starts. Jen and Dawson start holding hands and touching, Joey watches every move. Joey tries to break it up and Dawson drags her outside. Pacey goes over to see Tamara and tries to charm her but Tamara shoots her down. Pacey ends up getting punched.

Outside Dawson and Joey shout at each other. Dawson walks Jen so far after the movie. Dawson moves in to kiss her but Jen stops him. They seem to share a moment though. Out by the peer Pacey is walking and runs into Tamara. Tamara asks to talk but Pacey has a go at her. She starts kissing him but then apologises and runs off.

Dawson arrives back in his room and opens his closet to find Joey sitting in there. Dawson says he is sorry and he doesn't want to loose their relationship. Joey heads for the window although Dawson says they can talk about anything. Joey gives an example though and Dawson is stumped. She heads home. She climbs into her boat but Dawson arrives in the window and shouts out the answer.

She rows off and sees Dawson's mum being dropped off by her co-anchor, they share a kiss. Goes to credits.

Ok, they look young but they still look older but 15? I don't think so.

A few personal notes - I am watching this on DVD. I bought it from Asda. I actually ordered it from Play.com 8 days ago but they are waiting for stock and I got tired so when I saw it in Asda I bought it there and cancelled my order. Interesting hu? I saved £0.02, it's the small victories that count ;).

Some say that the picture is grainy on the DVD although I never noticed it. Still I have only seen one episode so far and my TV is only a 14".
