Review
Ok, 2 girls in one house that Seth is making out with.
When does that really happen? It's so cliché.
Still it was a good episode, the return to Chino really
brought it back to Ryan's dark past which is always
welcome to the show.
Cringe factor was quite high with Seth's situation
but again one of the best episodes I have seen. The
O.C. is really starting to provide none stop entertainment
that I want to keep watching. Surprising? Well I have
to say there are few shows that are doing that at the
moment. Six Feet Under comes close but most shows are
in the shadows at the moment.
The ending was quite moving too, the drive away from
Chino then the ending sequence with the 3 eating fast
food. Kind of like the life we all wish he had. Although
that could be to do with the fact they all live in huge
houses and freeload off their parents.

Episode Guide
It's Thanks Giving. Seth and Kirsten debate whether
she should cook a turkey herself. Sandy is not particularly
supportive of her. She ignores Seth's comments but clearly
has no idea what she is doing. Sandy gets involved and
starts baseding the turkey. Everyone jumps in so that
Kirsten has nothing to do.
Ryan gets a call from Trey. Ryan goes out into the
hall and talks to Trey who asks him to come and visit
him. Ryan is reluctant to come at first but wants to
see him too. Ryan says he will go down and visit Try
and be back for dinner. Roll credits.
Ryan tells Seth that Trey will want something from
him. Seth offers to go with Ryan but Ryan says no and
points out he has to keep Kirsten away from the food
and Anna is coming. Kirsten talks to Sandy and Sandy
tells them the boys made a pact to stop Kirsten cooking.
Jimmy is coming over to have Thanks Giving with them.
Marissa talks to Jimmy about Julie dating Caleb as
they are having Thanks Giving together along with Marissa
which she moans about. Ryan talks to Seth about Anna
and Summer fighting over him. Marissa and Jimmy turn
up at the Cohen's house. Marissa asks to talk to Ryan.
Kirsten and Sandy skirt round the issue of Rachael coming
when Jimmy asks.
Ryan interrupts Marissa and him kissing saying he has
to go to see Trey. Marissa says she wants to see into
his past but Ryan says he doesn't want her to. Rachael
turns up and Sandy tells her and Jimmy to have a seat.
There is an awkward silence before Kirsten and Sandy
run for it. Ryan comes in and tells them he is off.
Sandy gives him a cell phone for emergencies. Kirsten
gives Ryan a pie to take to Trey.
Ryan goes out and gets into the car to find Marissa
in the passenger seat. He isn't sure about the plan
but lets her come in the end. They drive off. At the
prison they go through several gates and find Trey wearing
an orange jump suite and looking pretty beaten up. Ryan
introduces Marissa and Ryan and Trey hug. Marissa leaves
them to talk.
Ryan and Trey make some small talk then Ryan asks him
what he needs. Trey tells him that he needs to pick
up a stolen car to drop off so that Trey's $6,000 debt
can be paid off. Ryan plans to drop Marissa off but
she says she is not leaving. Anna arrives and offers
to help out.
Anna gets out cornflakes and marsh mellows. Kirsten
and Sandy leave to let Seth and Anna be alone. Rachael
accuses Sandy of trying to set him up with Sandy. Jimmy
says the same thing to Kirsten. Rachael and Jimmy meet
up and start watching the game. Jimmy supports the Dolphins
while Rachael supports the Cowboys.
Caleb and Julie turn up and say the truck delivering
their dinner has broken down so they are going out to
eat and need to tell Marissa. Kirsten mentions she is
not here. Caleb suggests that they all eat here. Julie
asks where Kirsten is but she says she doesn't know.
Julie finds Rachael and Jimmy sat next to each other.
Ryan drives Marissa through his old neiboughhood. They
get out and knock on someone's door, called Teresa apparently.
Ryan asks to speak to her brother. Teresa used to live
next door to Ryan. Marissa doesn't seem too comfortable
with the situation. Ryan and Marissa go in and say hello
to the family. Ryan goes out to look at the car, Marissa
says there. Teresa say Marissa won't cook as she will
have maids.
Caleb comes into the kitchen and suggests he and Kirsten
talk but Kristen says they don't need to. Anna confronts
Caleb about his development on the wetlands. The door
goes and Seth answers it. It is Summer who was suppose
to be eating with Marissa. Summer suggests they talk
and Seth takes him to the pool house. When they come
in Summer dives on Seth and they make out. Teresa tells
Marissa about how Ryan just suddenly left one day.
Ryan is told he doesn't have to do this for Trey but
Ryan seems insistent. Kirsten seems to be having plenty
to drink and is not happy about Caleb just turning up
and using her like this. Seth comes back inside and
finds Anna. Anna suggests they take some along time
in the pool house but Seth steers them into his room.
Anna moves in to kiss Seth but he moves away. Finally
Anna gets him to start kissing. He makes an excuse and
leaves Anna to get better acquainted with his horse,
Captain Oates. Seth calls Ryan for advice on what to
do but Ryan has problems of his own. The car is ready
to go. Seth blurts out that Marissa is in Chino. Caleb
asks to talk with Kirsten again.
The car is ready to go but Ryan is unhappy about finding
out about how Marissa lied to him about Julie letting
her go. Ryan tells her to go back to New Port while
he does this. Summer and Seth are making out in the
pool house.
All the adults are round the table talking; Seth walks
through ignoring them and finds Anna playing with Captain
Oates. They start making out again and Anna tries to
get him to take his top off but he keeps it on, makes
yet another excuse and leaves. Summer comes into the
kitchen and thinks she is talking to Seth but it turns
out to be Sandy. She feels awkward then runs for it.
Sandy looks surprised she is here.
Ryan delivers the car but they start on him. He punches
one of them and runs for Marissa who has just turned
up in the car. They drive off with the guys chasing
after them. The adults continue to argue and Seth talks
to Sandy about his problem as he can't decide which
one to go with.
The turkey is ruined and sets off the fire alarm. Summer
and Anna come in and shout at Seth and reveal everything.
They both storm out while the adults stand around and
stare at the turkey. Ryan goes back to see Trey and
Ryan tells them they are done and that he should take
his chance with his life rather than coming back to
see him.
