Review
Those nerd references really felt inserted but what
the hell, take some praise for them. Of course "defrag
my hard drive" would have sounded suspicious to
anyone outside of a TV show.
As for Ryan / Eddie. Why Ryan why? It seems like every
old friendship bridge is burned. Sooner or later he
is going to run out of friends in Chino if he continues
to do this. It reminds me of what happened in Save the
Last Dance. Though of course (of so far that I have
watched anyway) Eddie hasn't been in a drive by shooting
that goes wrong.

Episode Guide
Seth questions Ryan constantly about him and Teresa.
Ryan tells him it's not a big deal when Teresa comes
in and offers them a list to school. Marissa enters
and offers them a ride. The situation doesn't go so
well and they both end up leaving.
Roll opening sequence. Sandy and Kirsten are having
breakfast. Marissa walks through the kitchen then afterwards
Teresa walks through. Kirsten hands Sandy a magazine
with Caleb on the front. Sandy starts questioning Ryan
like Seth did. They flee. Kirsten says they are hosting
the event for Caleb's award here and wants Shaun there.
At school Luke is playing the guitar when Marissa arrives.
She talks to him about their break-up and her break-up
with Ryan. Luke tells her things will never be the same
and she should move on. Elsehwere Anna, Summer and Seth
are talking. Anna tells them she is going back to Pittsburgh.
Ryan and Teresa are sitting in here car, she is looking
for jobs. They seem close but tense about Teresa's situation.
The bell goes and Ryan says he has to get to class.
He gets out and Teresa drives off. Luke turns up to
see Julie. The door is answered by Katelin but Julie
gets rid of her.
Julie tells him not to come to the house. Jimmy turns
up and Julie explains Luke came by to defrag her hard
drive. Jimmy doesn't appear to totally buy it. Ryan
talks to Sandy and says he was going to invite Teresa.
Sandy tells him that Teresa has a life and family in
Chino and she should go back and face Eddie.
Caleb talks to Kirsten about his "man of the year"
reception party. Kirsten leaves while Sandy enters and
tells Caleb he will take the case if Caleb tells Kirsten
everything. Ryan arrives to pick up Teresa and she tells
him that she phoned Eddie and told him that she won't
be coming home soon. Ryan chickens out of telling her
to leave.
Ryan and Seth discuss who is leaving and staying over
breakfast. Kirsten goes to meet with Caleb at a restaurant.
Caleb begins to tell Kirsten everything. Marissa finds
Ryan revising history but Eddie bursts in and confronts
him. Seth talks to Anna about why she is leaving and
Anna finally spills the reasons - but they are not Seth.
Seth invites her to the reception tomorrow. Anna says
she is leaving tomorrow but will come and say goodbye.
Marissa talks to Ryan and tells him she cannot compete
with Teresa. Sandy comes home and talks to Kirsten.
Kirsten says she doesn't want Sandy mixed up in all
this.
That night Summer and Seth are kissing on the hood
of Summer's car. Seth tells Summer that he still thinks
Anna is leaving because of him but Summer says it might
not be him. Ryan turns up to see Teresa and asks to
talk but Teresa tells him to shut up and throws him
on the bed. They continue to kiss and the camera cuts
to outside where Eddie is watching. The light goes out.
They have been doing it before - Ryan lied to Eddie
about sleeping with her earlier. Next morning Ryan invites
Teresa to the reception.
They share an awkward conversation about whether Ryan
is embarrassed to bring her to these events. She decides
not go but tells Ryan to visit her tonight. Sandy turns
up on the golf course to make connections to get Shaun
free. Sandy discusses how if the plaintiff dropped the
charge, Shaun would have no reason to talk.
As preparations for the reception are underway, Seth
questions Ryan on Teresa and Eddie. Ryan tells Seth
to tell Anna about how he feels about her leaving. At
the apartment, Marissa turns up to see Teresa. Marissa
invites her and holds up some dresses she brought along
in case. Caleb and Kirsten are getting photos taken
while Sandy is on the phone negotiating deals and such.
Summer talks to Ryan about Marissa. This is followed
by the entrance of Marissa herself along with Teresa.
Summer leads Marissa away. Caleb invites Seth into the
picture. Anna turns up and says goodbye to Summer. Anna
gives Ryan something to give to Seth and says goodbye
to Ryan before leaving.
Luke talks to Julie but Julie tells him tonight is
the worst time. Jimmy appears to be watching from the
shadows. Sandy talks to Caleb and tells him that they
will have to take on the lumber company who have the
case against them to make it go away. Kirsten watches
Sandy talk to Caleb.
Jimmy confronts Julie about her and Ryan but Julie
denies it. Jimmy reminds her that it would destroy Marissa.
Caleb begins his speech while Eddie enters the building.
Marissa notices him enter. Caleb continues the speech
and brings Kirsten and Seth up to the stage. Eddie is
annoying Teresa and Ryan runs up and tries to stop him
but Eddie punches him through a table. They behind fighting
and destroying stuff.
Eddie knocks Ryan into the pool but Sandy and Jimmy
push him back and tells him to get out of here. Eddie
shouts at Ryan that he is dead. Later they are sitting
around; Ryan has an ice pack on his face. Teresa apologises
to Kirsten and Sandy. Ryan gives Seth the note but the
ink has run from his dip in the pool.
Summer tells Seth to go and stop her leaving. Teresa
says she is going to call Eddie. Seth comes in and asks
him to drive him to the airport. Caleb finds Julie and
tries to offer her a date. Julie tells him to plan something
and she might consider it. Seth and Ryan head towards
the airport when Teresa turns up to see Marissa.
Teresa tells Marissa that she is leaving and walks
out. Kirsten finds Sandy in the bedroom and tells Sandy
she didn't want him mixed up in this but Sandy says
he will always do what is best for his family. They
share a hug and a smile while Seth arrives at the airport
and comes running in. He finds Anna and asks her to
stop but Anna says she loves him as a friend and is
not living because of him. She finally leaves.
When they get back Ryan goes to find Teresa but finds
only a cleaner in an empty room. They grab some pizza
and share thoughts on the dockside.
